The Codex pricing page lists about 35-285 local messages per 5 hours on Plus and Standard Business (GPT-6.1 Sol is 15-160) and 25/1.25/125 credits per 1M input/cached/output tokens (Sol is 50/2.5/250). OpenAI's Codex lead said it gives 2x more usage than GPT-6.1 Sol. Terra is on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu, not Free or Go.
