Kiro swaps overage for prepaid add-on credits

On 1 Jul 2026, AWS: On individual paid plans (Pro, Pro+, Pro Max, Power), prepaid add-on credits replaced pay-as-you-go overage ($0.04/credit billed at month-end). Add-ons are still $0.04/credit, billed at purchase: packs from $5 (125 credits) to $100, up to 5 at a time, used after plan credits, and they expire 12 months after purchase.
Enterprise keeps opt-in month-end overage at $0.04/credit.
